Caffeine Eye Serum

I’ve been using this eye serum for roughly a month now, and it definitely does the job for me — it absorbs reasonably quickly and I’ve noticed a decrease of my dark circles and in the bags around the eyes. However, like with a few other reviewers here, I’ve had a fair amount of trouble with the matte plastic rollerball. In addition to looking cheap, it simply doesn’t move very well, and I often have to roughly dab the contents out of the tube onto the back of my hand, which usually means there’s a fair bit of product wastage. Altogether, the product itself is lovely and works well…but it would be very, very nice if they could fix the packaging to work more efficiently.

I went to use the serum for the 2nd time and it was not rolling out after many attempts, so gave the tube a little squeeze and still nothing, so squeezed again and the tube exploded everywhere! On my mirror, sink, bench, walls and floor. I’m still looking for the little rolling ball from tube.

bought this eye serum a few days ago and had no issues and loved it but when I went to use it this morning there is a ball that rolls onto your eye and the product was not coming out so I gave it a little squeeze and the serum exploded and the ball popped out and hit my eye. I do not recommend buying this serum unless you want to go blind. Now it’s broken and I can’t even use properly. Also it leaks everywhere now.

I've been using this product for a couple of weeks and can already notice a difference. It's a handy size too I can slip in my bag to use on the go.
